Court Hour Changes

Effective October 1, 2012, the Eighth Judicial District public service window will be closed from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday

Court will continue to run until 5:00 p.m. or such time as the presiding judge deems necessary.

A drop is available for filings and payments. The drop box is located next to the public service window on the second floor of the courthouse, 1995 3^rd Street, Baker City, Oregon. Documents deposited prior to 5 p.m. will be filed the same day. Documents deposited after 5 p.m. will be filed on the next business day. Receipts for filing fees will be provided if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is attached to the filing. Documents without the appropriate filing fee attached will not be accepted for filing and will be returned to the party.

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Courts will also be closed on schedule Legal Holidays and Furlough Closures
