The Courthouse is open Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the Criminal / Calendaring Unit (Room 200) is open to walk in customers from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Telephones are staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Criminal Unit is located on the second floor of the courthouse, Room 200.

FILING OF PLEADINGS

All criminal pleadings may be submitted at the Front Counter in Room 200.

CRIMINAL FORMS

We now have two criminal forms available that are fillable PDF forms.

• Petition to Enter Plea of Guilty
• Appeal Rights

If you choose to use these forms, you must provide the court with an original and two copies of the Petition to Enter Plea of Guilty and an original and one copy of the Appeal Rights.

For the Petition to Enter Plea of Guilty, please follow these steps:

• The original must be signed by the attorney;
• On the remaining copies, under box number 10, check the box that says "I certify that this is a true copy of the original."
• Initial each copy in the signature line (do not sign).
