Weddings

Wedding ceremonies are performed at the Judge's discretion and based on court availability and must be scheduled in advanced.

Couples should provide their own witnesses (18 or older) for the ceremony and obtain their wedding license at least three days prior to the wedding ceremony (see link to the County web site in the box to the right.)

• The court fee for weddings during work hours (8AM - 5PM), excluding 12PM - 1PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays) at the Courthouse is $100. A fee waiver may be obtained at and submitted to the court to waive this fee.
• The fee for performing a wedding outside normal working hours at any location is $100.
• No "in-custody" weddings.
