  • NOTICE TO LANE COUNTY BAR MEMBERS
    Lane County Circuit Court Supplemental Rules have been significantly revised.  The court is soliciting feedback from Lane County bar members for the rules which become effective February 1, 2011. Bar members are requested to provide feedback regarding the proposed rules to Trial Court Administrator Liz Rambo by August 27, 2010.

  • EFFECTIVE JULY 6, 2010

    The 2nd Floor Record Center and Public Viewing Room will close promptly at 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

  • Circuit Court Filing Fee Changes Effective July 1, 2010

    Due to an increase in mediation fees approved by the Lane County Board of Commissioners filing fees on Domestic Relations and Paternity cases will increase effective July 1, 2010.

  • Family Court Assistance Office: If you are planning to represent yourself in a family law matter such as divorce, legal separation, or establishing custody and parenting time, the Family Court Assistance Office may be able to help. They have FREE forms you can download from this website or you can purchase forms for a nominal fee directly from the office. The Family Court Assistance Office also offers the FREE service of document review. NOTE: Some online document preparation services charge a substantial fee for family court forms and their product is not guaranteed to be complete or sufficient to resolve a case in Lane County Circuit Court.

  • Family Court Assistance Office Has Moved!

    As of April 1st, 2009 Family Court Assistance Office has moved to a new location in the basement of Lane County Courthouse. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and the office will continue to provide private appointments in the afternoon.  Customers must pass through court security and take the elevator to the basement level. The office is to the immediate left.  

  • ADA Accommodation - If you need accommodation for a court proceeding, the court may be able to help you with equipment and/or assistance that will enable you to have full access to the activities of the court. Read more....
