PJ Order 24-03 Regarding Pre-Trial Release

​Only a Judge can give you permission to appear by video or telephone at a hearing. If not given permission, you must appear in person for your court hearing.

Attorneys do not need permission to appear by video or telephone for status hearings.

The Lincoln County Circuit Court is the 17th Judicial District of Oregon. Lincoln County’s judicial district has three elected judges and one pro-tem judge: 

  • Judge Sheryl Bachart, Presiding
  • Judge Marcia Buckley
  • Judge Amanda R. Benjamin 
  • Judge Pro Tem Joseph C. Allison

The Lincoln County Courthouse was built in 1954. The court administration office is located on the second floor, and all courtrooms are located on the third floor. You must pass through a security check point to enter this building.
