Fee Information

The state legislature sets state court fees and changes them from time to time.  In 2011, the legislature made substantial changes to both court fee amounts and what you must include about fee information when you file a pleading.  Those changes took effect October 1, 2011.  Additional legislation went into effect on January 1, 2012.  Some of that legislation affected court fees.  The Circuit Court Fee Schedule, effective January 1, 2012, applies to all matters before Oregon circuit courts.

Circuit courts now have a common fee schedule.  Counties may no longer add additional fees.

For appellate court fees, see the Appellate Court Services Division homepage.
