If you are charged with a crime, then you MUST appear at the court on the date, time and location indicated on the ticket.

If you are charged with a violation, then you must do one of the following:

• Option 1 - Enter a plea of no contest and pay the court the amount of the presumptive fine.
• Option 2 - Enter a plea of no contest and send a letter of explanation.
• Option 3 - Enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial.
• Option 4 - Contact the court and determine if you qualify for trial by affidavit.
