- Have you been charged with a CRIME or a VIOLATION
- What are the Alleged Offense(s) and what is the Presumptive Fine ($ Amount) for Each Offense
- What is YOUR COURT APPEARANCE DATE, TIME, and LOCATION

If you are charged with a crime, then you MUST appear at the court on the date, time and location indicated on the ticket.
If you are charged with a violation, then you must do one of the following:
- Option 1 - Enter a plea of no contest and pay the court the amount of the presumptive fine.
- Option 2 - Enter a plea of no contest and send a letter of explanation.
- Option 3 - Enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial.
- Option 4 - Contact the court and determine if you qualify for trial by affidavit.
