Chief Justice Paul J. De Muniz issued Chief Justice Order 11-008 on April 4, 2011. The Order authorizes webcasting of oral arguments and sets out procedures applicable to those cases that will be webcast.
The Oregon Supreme Court has initiated webcasting of oral arguments conducted before the court in the Supreme Court Courtroom. The court will provide webcasting of oral arguments by way of streaming live broadcasts of oral arguments as technical operations allow. The court also will provide Internet access to archived versions of those oral arguments as technical operations allow.
Access to both the live streaming of oral arguments before the court and to archived versions of those oral arguments is available through the link provided below.

The link below will provide access to the live-stream broadcast by Lewis and Clark Law School of oral arguments before the Oregon Supreme Court scheduled to occur on Monday, March 5, 2012, at the law school.
