Location and Hours
Oregon's 6th Judicial District includes Umatilla and Morrow Counties. Circuit Court services are provided in three locations - Pendleton, Hermiston, and Heppner.
Hours of Operation
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.,* Monday - Friday excluding holidays and court furlough days. The Morrow County Courthouse in Heppner is closed daily from noon to 1:00 p.m.
*A "drop box" is available at each location to accept public walk-in payments and filings from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding court holidays and furlough days. Documents and payments will be stamped as received that same day. Please include case number(s) with all payments.
