Family law cases can be very complicated.  Court staff CANNOT provide legal advice, fill out your forms for you, or tell you what to say in court. If you need assistance, please contact an attorney.

Please note: Due to budget cuts, as of December 1, 2011, Umatilla and Morrow Counties no longer have a Family Law Facilitator to offer Family Law assistance for Pro se (self-represented) individuals.

Umatilla& Morrow County Standard Parenting Plans

While the Court will normally accept any parenting plan agreed to by the parties, these Standard Parenting Plans are available to use as a starting reference, and may be imposed in cases where agreement on a parenting plan cannot be reached by the parties.
