The governance (a system of management) of the Oregon eCourt Program is not a static endeavor. While the goals of governance are fixed, the structure and methods may change to accommodate changes in policy, funding, timelines, and expectations. As key positions are added to the program effort, the governance structure and documentation will be updated to clarify specific roles and responsibilities.
For the Oregon eCourt Program, there are three distinct tiers within the governance structure:
1. Executive Leadership: Oversight and Decision-Making
2. Program Policy: Advice and Recommendations
3. Program Operations
The success of the Oregon eCourt Program depends on a complex structure of activities, groups, experts, oversight, and leadership. The documents below give an in-depth look at the complexity of responsibilities involved in the management of the Oregon eCourt Program.
