Northwest Oregon Facilitation Initiative (NWOFI) FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions related to the Northwest Oregon Facilitation Initiative (NWOFI).

NWOFI is a regionalized approach to facilitation. Our resources will help increase access to justice and work toward ensuring that self-represented parties have access to family law facilitation in all our Northwest Oregon courthouses. Our NWOFI goal is to have a meaningful impact on parties and families in need of assistance in rural areas where those resources are not as available.

NWOFI family law facilitators are not attorneys, they can assist any self-represented litigant with questions regarding family law case types for any of our participating counties including Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Polk, Tillamook, Washington, and Yamhill Counties.
