Circuit Court Filing Fee Changes Effective April 1, 2012

The link below will take you to the statewide fee schedule for particular actions in circuit courts.  Each fee includes a reference to the statute or authority that established the fee.  For some actions, the fee authority needs to be included in the document caption along with the amount of the action.  Should you have any questions about the fee schedule for your filing or circumstance, please consult that local circuit court's website or contact the circuit court.  Questions for local filing and fee issues must be handled locally to provide correct guidance for those issues, including fee waiver or deferral procedures and scheduling.
