Deschutes County Courthouse

The Deschutes County Courthouse in Bend was built in 1940. The Jury Assembly Room is located there

Deschutes County Justice Building

The Deschutes County Justice Building was built in 1978 and is located adjacent to the Courthouse. The courtrooms are located in this building and you may file a new case there. You must pass through a security check point to enter this building.

 

             

                                                                                                                                          

                                                                         New Hours for the Circuit Court File Viewing Room
                                                                                              and Phone Switchboard

                                                                Beginning Monday, August 15, 2011, the Deschutes County Circuit Court
                                                                            phones lines will be turned off from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, 
                                                                                                 Monday through Friday.   
 
                                                                The file viewing room located in the Justice Building at 1100 NW Bond 
                                                                        will be closed from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
