Court Contact Information Update

When you have a matter with Deschutes Circuit Court, it is your responsibility to keep the court updated with your most current contact information.  The court has developed two (2) ways that parties can update their contact information with the court; filling out and submitting the paper form, or completing an online web form to submit your contact information electronically.

NOTE: If you are the victim of a crime, and wish to update your contact information, please continue to contact the Deschutes County District Attorney Victim's Assistance Office to do so.

Deschutes Circuit Court does NOT communicate with outside agencies regarding updated contact information.  If there are additional agencies that you must update your contact information with, do so directly with them following their protocol.

Print, complete and mail or drop off the form at the Deschutes Circuit Courthouse.

Online Contact Information Update

Use the web form below to update your contact information with the court.  You will receive confirmation that hte form has been submitted successfully.  Please allow for up to five (5) days for hte court to process your request.  If the need for you to update the information is urgent, please contact Deschutes Circuit Court directly.
