In custody add-ons (non juvenile court days) will be heard at 1:00 PM at the Deschutes County Circuit Courthouse (unless another time is specified by the court).  Hearings will be via video conference to the Juvenile Facility.
 
  • Filing Deadline for Juvenile Court Docket is 10:00 AM the previous business day.
    (Deadline applies to any petitions, pleadings, or reports that pertain to a juvenile that is scheduled for a hearing on the following business day's court docket.)
     
  • Same day add-on hearings for juveniles in detention:
  • If the matter is being heard by a Circuit Court Judge, pleadings are to be filed at the downtown Justice Building.
  • If the matter is being heard by the Referee at the Juvenile Facility, pleadings are to be filed at the Juvenile Facility.
