- (2) enter a no contest plea,
- (3) waive your right to a trial, and
- (4) agree to pay the balance of the money owed on the case using OJD Courts ePay system.
- To make a payment on a citation for a violation using OJD Courts ePay system, you must enter a no contest plea to the offenses in your citation. By entering a no contest plea, you are asserting that you are the defendant in the case. When you enter a no contest plea, you waive your right to a trial and acknowledge that you will be found guilty of the offenses in this case.
