Can I take Traffic School?
Josephine County Circuit Court does not offer a traffic school option.
I just got a traffic ticket in Josephine County. What do I do now?
Read your citation thoroughly. You will find options regarding entering a plea and what that requires.Your appearance date is printed on the citation that was given to you by law enforcement at the time you were cited. How do I get my DMV suspension lifted?
You may contact the Oregon DMV Suspension Unit at 503-945-5400 to determine why your license has been suspended.If the DMV reports that your license is suspended as a result of overdue court fines, and is otherwise able to be reinstated, call the Josephine County Circuit Court Accounting Unit at 541-476-2309 to learn your options.
Can I pay my traffic ticket without going to court?
You can enter a “no contest” plea and use the ePay option to pay your traffic citation in full online at www.courts.oregon.gov.You can also enter a plea and make payment by contacting Josephine County Circuit Court Traffic Department at 541-476-2309.
