Public Access Coverage

Media and public access coverage rules are provided in Uniform Trial Court Rule 3.180 and the Josephine County Local Rules, 3.181 and 3.182. Please refer to the Media and Public Access Coverage packet below.

Access coverage requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the requested proceeding whenever possible. Please refer to the Media or Public Access Request Form listed below.
