​Josephine County Circuit Court does not offer a traffic school option.

​Read your citation thoroughly. You will find options regarding entering a plea and what that requires.

Your appearance date is printed on the citation that was given to you by law enforcement at the time you were cited. There will be no additional notice sent by the court

​You may contact the Oregon DMV Suspension Unit at 503-945-5400 to determine why your license has been suspended.

If the DMV reports that your license is suspended as a result of overdue court fines, and is otherwise able to be reinstated, call the Josephine County Circuit Court Accounting Unit at 541-476-2309​ to learn your options.

​You can enter a “no contest” plea and use the ePay option to pay your traffic citation in full online at www.courts.oregon.gov.
