Court Contact Information Update
When you have a matter with Josephine County Circuit Court, it is your responsibility to keep the court updated with your most current contact information. The court has developed two (2) ways that parties can update their contact information with the court: filling out and submitting the paper form below, or by completing an online web form to submit your contact information electronically.
Note: If you are the victim of a crime, and wish to update your contact information, please continue to contact the Josephine County District Attorney Victim's Assistance Office to do so.
Josephine County Circuit Court does
NOT communicate with outside agencies regarding updated contact information. If there are additional agencies that you must update your contact information with, do so directly with them following their protocol.
