The Oregon state court system is dedicated to providing equal access to court programs and services for people with disabilities under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Accessibility/Access for Persons with Disabilities
If you need an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please make the request directly to the ADA Coordinator at least four (4) judicial days in advance of the proceeding (UTCR 7.060(1)). Some accommodations take more time than others to arrange. Please provide as much advance notice as possible to assist us with providing you reasonable accommodations. Accommodations include equipment and/or assistance that will enable the person with disabilities to have full access to activities at the court.
How to Request Reasonable Accommodations Under ADA
To request ADA accommodation, please fill out the Request for ADA Accommodations and Response form with as much detail as you can provide about your case, what accommodation you are seeking, and your contact information. If you require assistance completing the form or require the form in an alternative format, please contact the ADA Coordinator.
