Linn County Law Library
The Law Library is located at 304 Broadalbin Street SW, Albany. The Law Library is overseen by the Linn County Commissioners Office. Information about the Law Library can be found on the Linn County web site.
Linn County Courthouse Outdoor Drop-Box
In the event the courthouse building is closed, there is a drop box available for payments only. This box is located at the west courthouse entrance.
Linn County Courthouse Office Drop-Box
In the event all customer service windows are closed on a day when the court is open for business, a drop box is available for filings and payments. The drop box is located in Room 107 on the main floor of the courthouse.
Public Access Computers - Oregon Judicial Case Information Network (OJCIN)
The court provides two OJCIN computers available at the courthouse in Room 107 are available to the public. Statewide Circuit Court case information and most filed documents can be reviewed for most cases (state and federal law require courts to protect some information). For copies of a case document, please submit the Copy Request form.
