If you are 70 years old or older and wish to be excused please complete Step 1 above or you may call 503-623-3154 and select option 1.

All other requests for excusal or deferral: You must complete the qualification form using the online portal before you are able to submit a request to be excused from jury service. If you are not able to access the portal, contact the jury coordinator for assistance.
