Other Court Resources - Home

The court provides a OJCIN computer in the hallway on the main floor of the courthouse which are available to the public. Statewide Circuit Court case information and most filed documents can be reviewed for most cases (state and federal law require courts to protect some information). For copies of document from cases please submit a request in writing to Tillamook Circuit Court, 201 Laurel Ave, Tillamook, OR 97141 or call 503-842-2596.

OJD also offers Court Calendars and free Online Records Search.

The Law Library is located on the second floor of the Tillamook County Library at 1716 3rd Street, Tillamook, OR 97141. The Law Library is overseen by the Tillamook County Librarian. Law Library Amenities include computer, printing, copying and scanning, wireless internet access and legal databases access to Lexis Advance, Fastcase, LegalTrac, OJD iForms, Legal Information Resource Center and Oregon Revised Statutes.
