Information for Case Participants
Case participants are persons (litigants or defendants) who are parties in a case with pending matters to be resolved. When a case is scheduled for a remote hearing, some or all the participants, including attorneys and witnesses, may be required to appear via remote means. The court uses Webex and Microsoft TEAMS telephonic conference lines for these remote hearings and will provide case participants with the link to a Webex meeting or a hearing notice with the phone conference information. See our
Litigant Guide for more information on preparing for and accessing your scheduled remote hearing.
Receiving Notice of a Remote Hearing
When you are scheduled for a remote hearing, you will receive a hearing notice indicating the hearing is either a telephonic appearance or a Webex appearance. If the notice indicates the hearing is to be done using Webex, contact the court with your email address if you have not already done so using the email or phone number below. After you have provided your email address to the court you will receive an email from the court, or from Webex, with the information to join the meeting.
