News and Media Releases

The Court of Appeals issues most opinions on Wednesday morning. The Supreme Court issues its opinions usually once a week, frequently on Thursday morning. These two courts often post Forthcoming decisions alerts the day before a decision is issued. The State of Oregon Law Library Twitter and Facebook accounts routinely post appellate and Tax Court opinions.
