The Oregon Supreme Court establishes the policies and procedures for the operations of the CRB on a local and statewide level. These are outlined with the CRB’s
Supreme Court Operating Rules.
The CRB and the Department of Human Services also sign an agreement called a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines the procedures and materials that are needed to conduct meaningful, timely reviews of the cases of children in foster care.
