OJD provided external stakeholders (lawyers, district attorneys, law enforcement,
government agencies, the Oregon Legislature, community organizations, private businesses that use court data, and other court followers) with individualized communications and in-person presentations in each county, plus online training modules for File & Serve users throughout the progress of the Oregon eCourt implementation. These communication methods provided court customers and partners with information on the changes that Oregon eCourt and its services would bring to the processes used as they do business with the courts. The in-person presentations served as a platform to inform, interact with stakeholders, answer questions, receive suggestions and requests, and build a base of support for the Oregon eCourt project.
