Model Court Summit

Model Court Summit

Program

December 6, 2024

We are excited to offer our court partners and county model court teams a unique opportunity to strengthen their bonds, acquire new knowledge, and apply it through experiential learning and focused reflection. This year, the Summit will focus on how to use a compassion-based framework to support families and ourselves in juvenile dependency cases.

The Model Court Summit is designed as a multidisciplinary, cross-system training. JCIP encourages all model court team members and court and community partners (e.g. ODHS, tribes, CRB, CASA, DOJ, defense attorneys, parent mentors, and community providers) involved in the child welfare system to attend.
