  • Clatsop County Circuit Court beginning March 17, 2025
  • Coos and Curry County Circuit Courts beginning April 7, 2025
  • Deschutes County Circuit Court beginning April 21, 2025
  • Linn County Circuit Court beginning May 5, 2025

About Case Center

Case Center is a web-based application and cloud storage service for case participants to submit digital exhibits to a court. It is only available for contested cases with a scheduled hearing or trial. All uploaded documents are automatically scanned for viruses, indexed, and fully searchable.

Case Center is only available in the following case types:

  • Landlord Tenant
  • Small Claims
  • Violations
  • Protective Orders for abuse prevention cases

Case Center provides online access to upload digital exhibits for virtual or in-person contested hearings.


How to Use Case Center

If you have a contested hearing or trial in one of the case types listed above:

  1. The court will send you a link by email or text for you to upload your exhibits.
  2. Click on the hyperlink in the email or text.
  3. Get your exhibits together.
  4. Create your exhibit list.
  5. Upload your exhibit list followed by your exhibits.

Definitions and FAQ's

  • Digital Exhibit: ​An electronic file submitted to the court via Case Center to be used as evidence at a hearing or trial, for example, documents, photos, audio, or video.​

  • ​Physical Exhibit: ​Any trial or hearing exhibit that cannot be converted to digital evidence.​

  • Received: Any evidence that has been submitted to the court and has entered into the court's custody.​​

  • Contested Hearing or Trial: ​A court appearance where both sides get to present evidence and make arguments to a judge. A contested hearing may happen at the courthouse or by phone or video.​

  • I have watched the Demo video above and reviewed the How to Upload Documents from a Request guide, but I am still having issues uploading my exhibits. Can someone help me?

    Yes. ​ C​ontact your local court for assistance.​

  • Do I need to put exhibit numbers on my exhibits?
    ​No, Case Center or Court Staff will add exhibit numbers to the exhibits. You will need to upload an exhibit list​ which lists the numbers of your exhibits and briefly describes each one.​​

  • What File Types are Accepted in Case Center?
    ​​Several file types can be submitted. Review the Accepted File Formats​​ document.​

  • Is there a limit on file size?
    ​The file cannot exceed 2 gigabytes or 500 pages. If your exhibit exceeds 2 gigabytes or 500 pages, upload separate files.​​

  • Is Case Center where I submit all my documents for my case?
    ​Case Center is only used for submitting exhibits necessary for a contested hearing or trial.​​

  • How do I submit my physical exhibit to the court?
    ​​Contact the court for instructions.​

Each circuit court has their own set of additional rules, known as Supplementary Local Rules (SLRs).

The Uniform Trial Court Rules (UTCR) are statewide rules that apply in each of Oregon’s 36 circuit courts.
