About Case Center
Case Center is a web-based application and cloud storage service for case participants to submit digital exhibits to a court. It is only available for contested cases with a scheduled hearing or trial. All uploaded documents are automatically scanned for viruses, indexed, and fully searchable.
Case Center is only available in the following case types:
- Landlord Tenant
- Small Claims
- Violations
- Protective Orders for abuse prevention cases
Case Center provides online access to upload digital exhibits for virtual or in-person contested hearings.
How to Use Case Center
If you have a contested hearing or trial in one of the case types listed above:
- The court will send you a link by email or text for you to upload your exhibits.
- Click on the hyperlink in the email or text.
- Get your exhibits together.
- Create your exhibit list.
- Upload your exhibit list followed by your exhibits.

Definitions and FAQ's

Digital Exhibit: An electronic file submitted to the court via Case Center to be used as evidence at a hearing or trial, for example, documents, photos, audio, or video.

Physical Exhibit: Any trial or hearing exhibit that cannot be converted to digital evidence.

Received: Any evidence that has been submitted to the court and has entered into the court's custody.

Contested Hearing or Trial: A court appearance where both sides get to present evidence and make arguments to a judge. A contested hearing may happen at the courthouse or by phone or video.
