Media Access

No audio, video, photographic or electronic written recording is allowed without the express prior permission of the court. This applies to any court proceeding as well as any area under the control and supervision of the court, such as the lobby or other common areas. 

To request permission to record, please complete and submit the Media Access Permission Form at least 1 day prior to the start of the proceeding. Requests may be submitted by email to grant.court.staff@ojd.state.or.us or harney.court.staff@ojd.state.or.us or in person at the Circuit Court window. 

Any recording of proceedings is further subject to Uniform Trial Court Rule 3.180 and any person submitting a request is obligated to understand and abide by it.
