Biography:
Judge Keith Stein was appointed to the Linn County Circuit Court bench in January, 2022, after a 17-year career as an attorney in Albany. For 16 years, Judge Stein was a prosecutor at the Linn County District Attorney's office, where he handled property, drug, homicide, and major sex crime cases. Prior to assuming the bench, he worked for ten years for the Department of Public Safety Standards & Training as a legal instructor. Judge Stein took office on February 22, 2022.
A graduate of Southern Utah University, Judge Stein received his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 2005.
