The Yamhill Circuit Court Records Department is located in Room 135, on the 1st floor of the Yamhill County Courthouse in McMinnville.

Police Reports: The records are not maintained by the Court. Please contact the responding or arresting law enforcement agency, such as the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office or McMinnville Police Department.

Vital Records (Marriage, Birth, or Death Records): These records are not maintained by the Court. Please contact the Center for Health Statistics to obtain this type of information.

Land Deeds: Please contact the Yamhill County Recorder Office for the records of deeds.
