Summary
The purpose of the FamilyLaw Resource Center (FLRC) is to help self-represented with family law cases (divorce, custody, parenting time matters, protective orders, etc.). Our services are free and part of a state-wide effort to improve access to justice.
Facilitators Can
The FLRC Facilitators can inform self-represented litigants about court procedures and court forms available both locally and on the OJD website, review documents and provide information about legal services or other community resources. The FLRC Facilitators may also assist the opposing party. Any meetings and/or conversations you have with the Facilitators is not considered confidential.
Facilitators Cannot
The FLRC Facilitators are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or help with legal strategy. For legal advice, you must consult with an attorney.
