General Information
Marion County Circuit Court’s Family Drug Court, Fostering Attachment Treatment Court (FATC), is a strength-based program available for families who are involved in the child welfare system.
Qualifications include: - Parents who have one child between the ages of 0-17.
- Jurisdiction has been established.
- The parent(s) have a substance use issue needing treatment.
- The parent(s) do not have a conviction of a sexual offense or violent crime.
FATC takes a holistic approach to provide intensive outpatient and residential drug and alcohol treatment, mental health, case management, educational assistance, housing assistance, and family support in a court-managed setting. Program capacity is 30 parents and is held on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 3:30pm.
