Oregon's state court system is dedicated to providing equal access to cour programs and servies for people with disabilities under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Parking and Court Entrance
Handicap parking spots and a wheelchair ramp is located at the front of the Justice building. As you enter the Justice building, if wheelchair access is needed, security will direct you to the appropriate door for entry. The Juvenile Court building has designated handicap parking spots located in the parking lot on the corner of W. 10th and King St. There is also a wheelchair ramp available to the right of the main entrance door that faces W. 10th St.
How to Request Reasonable Accommodations Under ADA
If you need an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please make the request directly to the ADA Coordinator at least four (4) judicial days in advance of the court proceeding (UTCR 7.060(1)). Some accommodations take more time than others to arrange. Please provide as much advance notice as possible to assist us with providing you reasonable accommodations. Accommodations include equipment and/or assistance that will enable you to have full access to the court.

Accessibility/Access for Persons with Hearing Impairment
ADA-approved, integrated, wireless assisted-listening devices are available in each courtroom. You may request a device from the courtroom clerk upon arrival. All assisted listening devices must be returned to the courtroom clerk at the end of each session.
