The Judges listed below will perform marriage ceremonies. Please click on their name below for more information.

In addition to any listed Judge's fees below, ORS 106.120(4)(a) provides that a $117.00 fee will be paid to the Circuit Court if the marriage is solemnized in Court facilities. The fee can be paid at the cashier’s window, which is located on the 1st floor of the Courthouse, Room 104.

You cannot obtain a marriage license at the courthouse. For information on how to get a marriage license, please visit,

• Available for ceremonies during weekdays, 12:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. 
• Limited availability – only one ceremony per month 
• May be able to provide witnesses, if needed
