- Courtrooms are located on floors 3 through 6. Assignments change daily.
- Check the electronic docket on the first floor near the entrance and public elevators.
- If you need help, visit the Court Help Desk on the first floor, located in the Public Service Center, Room 1060.

Check-in: The Courthouse opens at 7 AM for jurors. Please present your
Jury Summons Postcard at security.

When to Arrive: Follow instructions from the
Jury Recording Line by calling 503-655-8397 after 5 pm, or viewing the Jury Schedule Online.
- All visitors must go through security screening.
- Prohibited items: Please see our list of prohibited items.
- Estimated Wait Time: Screening may take longer during hours (8-9 AM and 12-1 PM). Please arrive early to ensure timely entry.
- The docket display on the 1st floor next to the elevators includes a wayfinding touch screen. You can enter the place you are looking for and it will provide you directions to that location.
- You can go to the Public Service Center, Room 1060, and staff at the Court Help Desk can assist you.
- If you need to file a document or ask a case specific processing question or have an appointment with court staff on the 1st floor, go the Public Service Center, Room 1060, and check in at one of the kiosks, to receive assistance from a clerk at the public filing counter or office.

- A café will be available on the first floor of the courthouse. Additional restaurants and cafes are within a short drive or walk.
